James McGill AIM
James was born in Lower Moutere, near Nelson.
He married Marianne (May) malcolm (born in Foxton) in 1903.
They had three children.
James worked as a cheesemaker in Eltham, before moving to Levin around 1905. He worked as a factory manager, probably at the milk factory.
He signed the "Yes" petition in the 1905 township petition.
