They had two daughters.
When Joseph died Mary married Andrew Lees & had one more daughter.
One son-in-law, Oswald Crawford srved in the Boer War, and another son-in-law, John Hogg served in WW1.
Joseph was a farmer, starting at Manaia. He was in Levin around 1900, before settling at Okaiawa in South Taranaki.
