Percy was born at Palmerston Nth.
He married Alice Curtis (born at Wellington in 1886) in 1902.
They had 1 daughter & 3 sons. The first two (including the daughter) died in infancy.

Percy then married Gertrude Hubner in 1925, while Alice married Bernard McGuire in 1927.
Bernard had served in WW1.
Percy was a wool merchant in Levin then moved to Marton as an auctioneer, finishing up at Feilding as an auctioneer. He is recorded on the 1905 unofficial census for the Levin Borough petition.
Alice, her parents & son that died in infancy are all buried in Levin.
