Terrah was born at Napier.
His 1st marriage was to Frances Perry (born at Invercargill in 1885) in Feilding in 1904. They were divorced in 1911. He also had a warrant for his arrest for desertion of his wife in 1908. They must have reconciled, briefly, as twin were born in 1910.
His 2nd marriage was to Violet Bird (Born at Victoria, Aus in 1880) at Victoria in 1912.
There were four children from the 1st marriage & four in Australia from the 2nd marriage.
One son-in-law, Victor Baker, served in WW1.
Terrah was a cycle mechanic in Palmerston Nth & Napier. For a short while (around 1905) he was a cycle agent in Levin.
